LMA Recruitment Limited is partnering with a well-established life insurer in Singapore to appoint a Modelling Senior Manager. You will lead development and governance of actuarial models used for valuation and financial reporting, and drive improvements across the modelling stack.

You will evaluate modelling approaches, collaborate with regional stakeholders, and translate complex concepts into actionable insights while ensuring robust governance and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Qualified or near-qualified actuary with a recognised actuarial professional body.
• Solid experience in life insurance actuarial modelling, including stochastic modelling and valuation.
• Practical experience with Prophet modelling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights.

We are partnering with a well-established life insurer to hire a Modelling Senior Manager to strengthen its actuarial modelling capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex life insurance models, enhance modelling standards and contribute to key actuarial initiatives across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development, enhancement and maintenance of actuarial models supporting life insurance valuation and financial reporting.
• Evaluate modelling approaches, actuarial assumptions and results, providing independent technical challenge where needed.
• Strengthen model governance, controls and documentation to ensure robust and reliable modelling practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline modelling processes, improve existing tools and enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with actuarial and business stakeholders in Singapore and across the region to provide technical guidance and resolve modelling issues.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified or near-qualified actuary with a recognised actuarial professional body.
• Solid experience in life insurance actuarial modelling, including stochastic modelling and valuation.
• Practical experience with Prophet modelling software will be highly advantageous.
