Job summary

Schroders in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to join our Active ETF operations team, delivering accurate PCFs and basket files, and overseeing pricing inputs and trades.

You will collaborate with Fund Administrators, ETF servicing providers, and internal teams to manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Active ETF / ETF operations.
• Strong understanding of ETF operating models and PCF outputs.
• Hands-on capability in PCF/basket file analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with fund administrators / custodians and SLA tracking.
• Good communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own daily PCF/basket file oversight and validation.
• Troubleshoot PCF and pricing-related breaks.
• Coordinate end-to-end exception resolution across Trading, PM, Ops, Tech, Data.
• Support change delivery, UAT, and automation initiatives.
• Lead incident management and service governance activities.
