Job summary

DLM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer (ACMV) in Singapore to maintain and troubleshoot ACMV systems, providing high-quality on-site service for clients.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support installation and commissioning activities to ensure reliable operation. The role requires at least 2 years of ACMV experience, a diploma/NITEC in mechanical engineering or building services, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ACMV servicing and maintenance experience.
• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems including preventive maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Good communication and professional interaction with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use service tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance for ACMV systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, ventilation fans).
• Carry out corrective maintenance to resolve system faults and breakdowns efficiently.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems at new or renovated sites.
• Prepare service reports and communicate progress to supervisors and clients.
• Follow safety rules and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
