Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a Project Site Supervisor for mechanical works. You will oversee construction activities, review drawings, and manage changes to ensure practical, high-quality results on site.

With a minimum of 4 years’ experience and AutoCAD proficiency, you will coordinate teams, communicate effectively with clients and authorities, and ensure safety and adherence to schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for a construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV).
• Proficient in reading and using AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and review drawings to ensure designs are practical and effective.
• Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
• Serve as the main point of contact, attending meetings at the site with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementation of project plans.
• Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.
• Manage and lead the project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Ensure that Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are always adhered to on site.
