Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is looking for a site-based Mechanical Engineering assistant/supervisor to support project execution in Singapore. You will prepare documentation, track progress, and ensure work aligns with contractual scope on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and subcontractors, reporting to management, and assisting with testing and handover activities. Diploma holders with 1-2 years' construction experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 1-2 years construction site experience desired.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit product catalogues, technical data, shop drawings, MOMs and O&M to clients.
• Provide simple daily reports of work status to management.
• Manage site matters and documentation for assigned sites.
• Ensure site work is on schedule per contract scope.
• Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
• Participate in testing and commissioning with subcontractors/contractors/consultants.
• Conduct training for clients before project handover.
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by management.
