Job summary

Nextair Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (ACMV) to support planning and execution of ACMV installation works on building services and M&E projects, from design coordination to testing and handover.

You will coordinate with design teams, contractors and suppliers, monitor progress, report risks, and assist in preparing handover documentation for client acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ACMV installation activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards
• Support design coordination by liaising with design teams to resolve technical issues and ensure constructability
• Assist in planning project schedules and resource allocation to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
• Facilitate communication between contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve issues
• Monitor installation progress and report deviations or risks to the Project Manager for timely mitigation
• Support testing and commissioning activities by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Assist in preparing project documentation and handover packages for client acceptance
