Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an AR professional with SAP experience to manage credit control for a leading Technology MNC. This role requires at least 2 years AR experience in an MNC and proficiency in SAP.

You will organize AR review meetings, follow up with customers, process new accounts, maintain credit limits in SAP, and prepare AR status reports for management, with liaison to insurers and banks for credit facilities.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree, ACCA or diploma in accountancy.
• At least 2 years of AR experience, preferably in corporate MNCs.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Experience with Letters of Credit is desirable.
• Communicate with customers and insurer professionally.
• Ability to prioritize, show urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / sales departments to close out delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and coordinate with sales to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate invoices, statements of accounts, reminders and confirmations.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular AR status reports for management and HQ.
• Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts.
• Liaise with banks regarding bank guarantees including letters of credit.
• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller / Assistant Manager.
