Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Officer (AR) to join our finance team. The role centers on accounts receivable, invoicing, and monthly reconciliation to ensure accurate cash flow.

You will update sales information, monitor outstanding balances, prepare local project invoices, and provide backup support to the Finance Department. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm at our Ubi office.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Hands-on AR experience.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable: record payments, follow up on outstanding receivables, and reconcile balances.
• Prepare invoices for local projects and export sales.
• Prepare local regulatory reports and other financial schedules.
• Provide backup support to the Finance Department.
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
