Job summary

Home Nursing Foundation in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to support Homecare services. You will manage invoicing, client communications, and revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will liaise with the Homecare team, monitor outstanding receivables, and assist with month-end close while looking for process improvements.

Diploma in Accountancy and 2 years of experience are preferred. Applicants should be proficient in Excel; Navision is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy is required.
• At least 2 years of financial/cost accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
• Able to multi-task with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing and revenue reports for Homecare services.
• Disseminate invoices to clients/NOKs and follow up on collections.
• Reconcile daily collections with receivables and bank statements.
• Assist month-end/year-end close and improve AR processes.
• Provide timely responses and liaise with Homecare team on contracts and billing.
