ALL EIGHTS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a finance professional to manage daily accounting tasks and payroll duties. You will maintain ledgers, process monthly payroll and CPF filings, handle accounts payable and receivable, and perform timely bank reconciliations with accuracy.

You will also prepare tax compliance documents, maintain detailed financial records to ensure policy and legal compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to provide ad-hoc financial reports as needed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly payroll and CPF filing for office employees
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare tax compliance documents and support tax filing requirements
• Maintain detailed financial records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed
