PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an AP & Finance Operations support to review invoices, process payments, and maintain records. The role is based near Lavender MRT in Singapore, with hours 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Contract is 1 year with possible extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in accounting or finance and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance administration, accounts payable, or related functions.
• Comfortable using finance or accounting systems and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Review payment requests, invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure required approvals are obtained before processing payments.
• Process financial transactions according to established procedures.
• Follow up with stakeholders on missing information or pending approvals.
• Maintain accurate payment, expenditure and funding records.
• Assist with financial reports and data preparation.
• Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies or rejected transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for programmes and process improvements.
