Job summary

GLOBAL TRAVEL PTE LTD is seeking an accounting/finance assistant to support the Accounts Manager with full sets of accounts, month-end close, and timely GST reporting. You will help maintain accurate records, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with statutory and internal filing requirements.

Qualifications

• Preferably with related accounting/finance experience and qualifications.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Approach tasks with a meticulous and accurate mindset with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounts Manager with full sets of accounts and handling month-end closing activities
• Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure seamless financial transactions
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internally
• Submit timely and accurate management and GST reports on a monthly basis
• Other administrative duties assigned
