Job summary

base advisory pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Manager to oversee client portfolios, manage a small team, and ensure timely bookkeeping and regulatory reporting.

The role requires a degree in Accountancy/Finance and 3–4 years’ experience with full set of accounts, GST, and tax filings. Hybrid work arrangements are available, and immediate hiring is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA equivalent
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field (full set of accounts/audit)
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero
• Familiarity with investment-related accounts and MAS incentive schemes will be a bonus
• Able to work under pressure / tight deadlines
• Able to handle clients' queries in a timely and professional manner
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Manage clients' portfolio of accounts
• Oversee a small team
• Review accounts and schedules in a timely manner, while juggling deadlines
• Answer queries and advise clients effectively and promptly
• Bookkeeping for clients’ monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts, preparing of full set accounts, financial statements, including consolidation
• Prepare and filing of GST
• Calculation of corporate tax and filing of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), Form C, Form C-S
• Prepare reporting documents i.e. financial statements in XBRL format to the relevant authority (ACRA) as required
• Liaising with IRAS officers on outstanding and disputed issues
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned
• Any other management and corporate services
