Job summary

Fourway Engineering Pte Ltd is an ISO-certified company specializing in electrical switchboards and customized enclosures. We seek an Experienced Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports monthly closings, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and liaises with auditors and tax agents. Singapore Citizens and PRs are welcomed to apply. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word to produce accurate financial reports and analyses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare month-end closing reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, including reconciliation of Statements of Account.
• Coordinate with auditors for year-end audit processes and compliance.
• Liaise with company secretary and tax agent on regulatory matters.
• Prepare and submit GST quarterly returns.
• Identify and report any non-conformance to work policies and safeguard company assets.
• Perform ad hoc duties to support the finance function.
