Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive in Singapore to support core accounting tasks and the rollout of a new accounting system. This role is based at our City Hall office with a standard 5-day week from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Candidates should hold a Diploma, have 2–5 years of related experience, and be proficient with Oracle NetSuite. Salary is SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month, with the potential for growth as the system stabilizes.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder required.
• 2-5 years related accounting experience.
• Experience using Oracle NetSuite system is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, testing and rollout of the new accounting system, including user support and training for office and project personnel.
• Assist in preparing and communicating system-related information and process updates to support adoption of the accounting system.
• Assist in customised financial reports to align with overseas head office formats and GST/income tax reporting formats.
• Assist in finance system enhancement initiatives, including banking integrations and Invoice Now implementation.
• Liaise with vendor, IT and users to resolve system-related issues promptly.
• Verify and process supplier and subcontractor invoices; ensure timely payments.
• Review petty cash claims and staff reimbursements; update schedules and records.
• Verify payment documents and process payment batches per procedures.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management and overseas Head Office.
• Assist in audit work with external auditors and GST audits.
