Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring an Accounts Executive to manage a full set of accounts and inventory at our Singapore location (Sungei Kadut). The role offers a permanent position with a monthly salary of S$3,500–S$4,000, plus 1-month AWS and 14 days of annual leave. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

You will oversee AP/AR, GL, month-end close, financial reporting, GST, and inventory reconciliations, driving accurate financials for management review and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing and prepare the required accounting schedules.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and cash-flow updates for management review.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate fixed-asset schedules.
• Prepare GST schedules and support other tax-related reporting and documentation.
• Reconcile inventory records, support stock-take activities and investigate stock discrepancies with the relevant departments.
• Maintain complete and organised accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents and liaise with external auditors during year-end audit activities.
• Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.
