Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Associate to support invoicing, COS accruals, and billing processes. You will verify documents and post journals to the accounting system.

You will monitor outstanding receivables, review commissions, and generate monthly Sales, COS, and GP reports to support financial reporting. This role requires accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing for revenue recognition and ad hoc billing.
• Manage Cost of Sales (COS) accruals.
• Verify billing documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorisation.
• Process and post journal entries in the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
• Review and verify commission calculations.
• Generate Sales, COS, Gross Profit (GP), and monthly reports.
• Analyse Sales, COS, and GP performance to support financial reporting.
• Take on other duties and tasks as assigned by the superior.
