• Location: Jurong East
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am- 6pm
• Salary: Up to 3.2k + Transport allowance + AWS + VB

Job Description

• Process sales invoice, debit note and credit note.
• Check, verify and process invoices, expenses claim and reimbursements.
• Perform data entry of AP invoice into system.
• Checking of Statement of Account of Vendors.
• Sending of Statement of Account to Customers.
• Ensure all payment transactions processed accurately.
• Handle staff claims.
• Support monthly and year-end closing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in house Accounting Roles.
• Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS excel
• Knowledge in SAP B1 will be an advantage.
