Overview of the role
Our client communication teams are looking for a highly motivated individual who will deliver high‑calibre, multi‑channel communications solutions for our blue‑chip client base, including annual reports, sustainability reports, investor relations, employee communications, online reporting centres, website maintenance and social media campaigns. In the Account Management teams you will work with senior stakeholders, develop an intimate understanding of clients’ strategies, and gain deep knowledge of market trends in financial and non‑financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Account management
- Successfully manage the delivery of assigned mixed‑media projects and all deliverables.
- Develop an intrinsic understanding of clients’ business models and strategies.
- Effectively manage each project stage and prepare all project documentation.
- Identify and manage account and project problems independently and provide effective solutions.
Client relationship management
- Proactively build strong client relationships with day‑to‑day client contacts.
- Deliver exemplary client services, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and seeking ways to exceed expectations.
Commercial responsibility
- Work closely with your team leader to develop commercial awareness of job costing and fee structures.
- Manage project budgets by implementing quality assurance and financial processes.
- Where necessary, develop strategies for auditing and managing overrun costs from clients.
New business and client development
- Identify new business opportunities from existing clients and write proposals.
- Support the new business process and assist with delivery of proposals.
Research and strategic development
- Support internal teams with research into best practice corporate communications.
- Continuously drive understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and trends in communications.
Qualifications, experience & skills
- Minimum 2.5 years agency or client‑side experience, ideally within corporate marketing and communications.
- Excellent writing, editing and proof‑reading skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Reporting Relationships
Reporting to: Account Director
Work closely with: Creative and Production teams, Digital, Research & Strategy, and Finance teams.
