Job summary

Knight Frank Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate financial data. You will support leadership in driving financial performance while maintaining internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include GL, AR/AP, month-end close, bank reconciliations, budgeting, GST filings, and liaison with auditors. Strong accounting background and GST knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong GST and local tax knowledge; proficient with accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including general ledger, AR and AP.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing and prepare financial reports.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Prepare quarterly GST filings and ensure tax compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulators.
• Maintain internal controls and statutory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow to support operations and liquidity.
