Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring an Accounts Assistant to manage accounts payable and receivable, handle billing inquiries, and assist with month-end closing. The role offers a base salary of SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,600, plus AWS, performance bonus, a 100 SGD monthly allowance after probation, and a company trip benefit.

Location is Tuas View with company transport from Boon Lay MRT at 8:00am. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8:45am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable duties
• Handle billing and payment enquiries from clients
• Process & verify invoices for payment
• Maintain & update vendor files
• Assist with month-end & year-end closing
