Job summary

Talent First is seeking a capable administrator with basic accounting to support AR, AP and general administrative tasks. You will manage vendor payments, billing, journal entries and assist in month-end close.

Based in Bukit Batok, Singapore, with standard hours 9am–6pm, the role includes 14 days annual leave and AWS + Variable Bonus. You will liaise with customers, suppliers and service providers while maintaining accurate records and assisting audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily AR, AP and general administrative functions
• Manage customer collections, vendor payments, billing and claims
• Prepare SOA, payment vouchers, journal entries and financial reports
• Perform bank/vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
• Maintain customer/vendor records, office supplies and inventory
• Liaise with customers, vendors and service providers
• Support month-end/year-end closing, budgeting, GST reporting and audits
• Provide administrative and basic HR support to the team
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
