Job summary

YONG FU EATING HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting tasks in Singapore. The role covers receivables, payables, bank reconciliations, GST preparation, and partial accounts as needed.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely ad-hoc tasks. With a Diploma in Accounting and at least 1 year of experience, you should be detail-oriented and proficient in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma in Accounting
• 1 year of accounting experience minimum
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication and ability to work with different teams

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivables
• Handle Accounts Payables
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Accounting data entry and GST preparation
• Handle a partial set of accounts
• Assist in statutory and management reporting, including financial statements and tax computation
