Job summary

Food Paradise Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented finance assistant to support AR/AP duties and month-end closing. You will collate expenses, update aged listings, and handle filing and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience
• A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute

Responsibilities

• Handling basic AR & AP duties
• Issuing of receipts, payment vouchers and cheques
• Collating of expenses for payment
• Update Aged listing
• Filing and other admin duties
• Support month-end closing
• Assist on the budgeting and forecast process
• Liaison with auditors for annual / ad-hoc audit (internal & external)
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned
