Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Assistant in Singapore to manage daily AP transactions, verify invoices, maintain records, and assist with payment runs and reconciliations. The role supports month-end closing and audit preparation in a fast-paced finance team.

The ideal candidate will follow corporate policies, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on payment enquiries.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices, payment vouchers and expense claims.
• Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Update and maintain accounts payable data and financial records.
• Assist in preparing payment runs and processing payments through bank transfers, GIRO and other approved channels.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on outstanding invoices and payment enquiries.
• Organise and maintain financial documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Support month-end closing, account reconciliations and audit preparation.
• Follow company finance policies, internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Carry out other assigned finance and administrative tasks when required.
