Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organized accounting professional to join our finance team. The role focuses on timely billing, AR management, reconciliations and audit support to ensure accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will prepare monthly and quarterly billings, process operating expense settlements, maintain receivables ageing and assist with year-end audits, liaising with auditors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue monthly and quarterly billings and process operating expense settlements.
• Prepare receipts, journal entries and other accounting transactions for incoming funds and refunds.
• Maintain accounts receivable ageing reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain balance sheet schedules and coordinate with internal teams on outstanding or unbilled items.
• Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis and review of financial reports.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Perform regular posting of accounting entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with year-end audit queries and liaise with auditors on supporting documentation.
• Review and verify disbursement accounts and related financial records.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
