Job summary

ENRICH MANAGEMENT CONSULTING LLP in Singapore offers an internship with hands-on training in accounting, administration, tax, and corporate compliance. You will assist the accounts team with bookkeeping, client document management, and compliance filings while gaining practical skills for a future career.

You will enter accounting data, prepare client records, support online filings to ACRA and IRAS, assist with GST compliance, and help with reports.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Motivated, responsible, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Students or fresh graduates studying Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounting data and perform bookkeeping tasks to support accurate financial records.
• Prepare and organise client documents and records for efficient retrieval and compliance.
• Assist with online filings and submissions to regulatory bodies such as ACRA and IRAS.
• Support GST and tax-related work to ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations.
• Compile financial reports and assist the accounts team in reporting activities.
• Collect, scan, and file client documents to maintain organised records.
• Coordinate with clients and support general office administration to facilitate smooth operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team needs.
