Job summary

Toyo Ink Pte Ltd is seeking a finance assistant to support the finance team in Singapore. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities using our accounting software and assist in monthly close processes.

You will also prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, assist with GST returns, and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents. This role offers exposure to full-set accounting and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• In charge of AP/AR/GL activities using accounting software.
• Assist to prepare accounts and financial statements in accordance to Singapore financial reporting standard.
• Assist to prepare full set of accounts (i.e., account schedules, bank reconciliations, loan schedules, etc.) on a monthly basis.
• Assist and prepare GST returns.
• Assist and prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditor during annual audit
• Liaise with tax agent on yearly tax submission and draft tax computation
