Job summary

Accounting Advisory Services in Singapore is hiring an Accountant (full-time or part-time) to provide full-set bookkeeping and tax services for Japanese clients. The role supports Singapore-basedJapanese-affiliated companies and includes data entry, reporting, and tax advisory tasks.

Permanent role however flexible for either Contract (Min 6 months) or Part time (Min 20 hours per week) arrangement depending on availability

About the role

Accounting professional providing full-set bookkeeping and tax services for Japanese clients. Provide comprehensive accounting services, primarily for Japanese-affiliated companies in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and basic reporting
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
• Advise clients on a wide range of tax and accounting matters
• Handle bookkeeping, tax filings, and annual financial closing
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in full set of accounting in Singapore
• Advanced proficiency in Japanese language skill is required to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
• Experience in preparing and submitting GST and Withholding Tax will be a plus
• Any qualification in Accounting will be preferred (e.g. CPA, accounting qualification)
• Prior experience in an accounting firm or tax consultancy firm would be highly preferred

Salary: fixed monthly salary of S$3,300 and above.
