Job description

• Able to handle a full set of accounts and consolidation for the Group in a timely manner and ensuring timely delivery of reporting deck to HQ in Japan
• Collaborates with the finance team of the subsidiaries ensuring compliance of group accounting policy and standards
• Responsible for the preparation of tax computations, GST returns
• Preparing and analyse monthly reports that compare last year to actual costs
• Assists in Annual Budgeting Process (Sales & Expenses) & Forecast Exercise
• Prepares periodic Internal Management reports including variance explanations
• Preparation of the external audit, working with colleagues across the Finance function to plan and produce the audit file, in a timely an accurate manner
• Assist in projects in driving efficiency through cost initiatives and projects which include process automation and documentation
• Any other duties as assigned.
