Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accountant who can manage a full set of accounts and contribute to accurate financial reporting.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience in finance, a degree in accounting or related field, and strong Excel skills. You will handle tax computations, budgeting analyses, and month- and year-end closing activities, with responsibilities extending to AR/AP oversight and forex scheduling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements of subsidiaries, and other financial reports.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Conduct financial investigations and audits, and preparing reports.
• Oversee and review AR / AP functions including journal entries.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare Forex schedules.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
