Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to oversee key areas of financial management, including working capital, revenue accounting, management reporting, and fixed assets. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights through performance analysis and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Working Capital Management

• Manage cash flow effectively
• Prepare and monitor working capital forecasts
• Drive working capital optimization initiatives

Revenue Accounting

• Review and ensure proper revenue recognition in line with policies
• Prepare revenue forecasts and perform profitability analysis
• Support month-end and quarter-end revenue close processes
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Management Reporting

• Prepare executive dashboards and management reports
• Conduct financial performance and variance analysis

Fixed Assets Accounting

• Maintain the fixed assets register accurately
• Perform depreciation calculations and reconciliations
• Manage asset acquisitions and disposals
• Ensure accurate reporting of fixed assets in line with accounting standards

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, management reporting, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and optimization strategies
• Experience in preparing revenue forecasts, profitability analysis, and supporting financial close processes
• Hands‑on experience with fixed assets accounting, including register maintenance, depreciation, and disposals
• Proficient in financial reporting, variance analysis, and preparation of management dashboards
