LTD. is seeking a diligent finance professional in Singapore to support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy across records. You will handle finance record keeping, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, budgeting, payroll administration, and audit support, contributing to informed management decisions and robust financial controls.

Responsabilités

• Finance record keeping - Maintain accurate accounting records and record all financial transactions.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable - Manage supplier payments, customer invoices, and outstanding debts.
• Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.
• Bank Reconciliation - Reconcile bank statements with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
• Budgeting and Cash Flow Management - Monitor company expenses, prepare budgets, and manage cash flow.
• Payroll and CPF Administration - Assist with salary calculations, payroll records, and CPF contributions in accordance with applicable rules.
• Audit and Management Reporting - Prepare audit documents and provide financial reports to management to support business decision
