Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a capable accounting professional in Singapore to manage full-spectrum finance functions, including monthly closings, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. The role requires 3 to 5 years of accounting experience and strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards.

You will prepare statutory and management reports, review financial performance and drive improvements in internal controls and processes. Singaporean-only policy applies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• Good analytical thought process and business acumen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of general accounting and finance functions, including monthly closing and reporting, project costing, budgeting and forecast, cash flow management and tax submission.
• Prepare statutory and management reports and provide analytical review of financial performance, highlight key variances and investigate exceptions.
• Improve financial and operational policies, controls and procedures to address business inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses and operational issues identified.
• Undertake any ad-hoc project as and when assigned.
• Liaise with bankers, internal and external auditors, company secretary, tax and legal advisors and regulators.
