• Manage monthly and yearly closing of accounts for the Singapore holding company.
• Oversee finance operations of the Group’s overseas entities.
• Consolidate Group financial results quarterly for reporting and decision-making.
• Develop and manage forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Lead digitalisation initiatives to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.
• Coordinate with external parties for financial and compliance activities.
• Assist in implementing internal controls, accounting processes, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with local and overseas financial regulations and tax filings.
• Prepare Group cash flow statements to monitor liquidity and health.
• Execute other ad-hoc finance duties as required.

Job Summary

Manage financial closing, consolidation, forecasting, and budgeting for the Group while driving digitalisation and ensuring compliance with local and overseas financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and yearly closing of accounts for the investment holding company in Singapore
• Oversee finance operations of the Group’s overseas entities to ensure accurate financial management
• Consolidate Group financial results quarterly to support reporting and decision-making
• Develop and manage forecasting and budgeting processes to guide financial planning
• Lead digitalisation initiatives to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency
• Coordinate and communicate with external parties to facilitate financial and compliance activities
• Assist in implementing internal controls, accounting processes, and procedures to strengthen financial governance
• Ensure compliance with local and overseas financial legal requirements and tax filings
• Prepare Group cash flow statements to monitor liquidity and financial health
• Execute other ad-hoc finance duties as required to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and bookkeeping
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications
