Job summary

GUANGDONG IMPORT & EXPORT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong relationships. You will handle inquiries, orders, and feedback, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment and service support.

Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates; prior experience in the food supplies industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle and process inquiries, orders, requests, and feedback from existing customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment, delivery and service support.
• Resolve customer complaints, service issues and product quality concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities for account growth by analysing and understanding customer business needs and purchasing trends.
• Work closely with customers to identify factors contributing to any drop in business performance and recommend solutions/follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information in the system.

Guangdong was established in 1987 and mainly deals with dried fruits, agricultural products, grain products, sauces, moon cake fillings and a wide variety of food products. We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment, delivery, and service support.
