Job summary

Gate is seeking a security-focused leader to design and own account security, anti-fraud, and abuse strategies across a high-scale crypto exchange. You will partner with algorithm teams on anti-forgery models and implement monitoring for post-takeover risk, working with product and security engineering to elevate defenses.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in production environments with asset-loss metrics, and a track record of balancing security with user experience using confidence

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience owning account security, anti-fraud, or abuse strategy in production systems.
• Experience protecting assets with measurable loss metrics is highly valued.
• Strong data-driven approach to risk signals and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design account and fund security strategies across the user lifecycle.
• Collaborate with algorithm teams on anti-forgery and AI-based risk models.
• Implement monitoring and interception for suspicious fund movements and abnormal trades.
• Upgrade security infrastructure with cross-functional teams including AI-driven case handling.
