Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an experienced risk leader to monitor fraud risk across the customer lifecycle and drive end-to-end controls with a focus on continuous strategy optimization.

You will develop risk management strategies with stakeholders across geographies, leverage data modeling, machine learning, and SQL to assess tradeoffs, and build feedback-loop frameworks for decision optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fraud risk management strategy across geographies.
• Strong background in data modeling, ML, and statistics.
• Experience developing and optimizing risk controls and monitoring systems.

• Own risk controls end-to-end with continuous strategy optimization
• Develop custom risk management strategies with stakeholders across geographies
• Use data and quantitative analysis to assess risk and measure tradeoffs
• Build risk monitoring and feedback-loop frameworks for decision optimization

• 7+ years experience (or 5+ with Master's) in risk management strategy
• Deep understanding of fraud risk management across multiple fraud areas
• Understanding of data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis
• Proficient in SQL and risk rule writing engines with strong analytical skills

Nice to have:

• Understanding of blockchain analytics and cryptocurrency fraud trends 7+ years experience (or 5+ with Master's) in risk management strategy
• Deep understanding of fraud risk management across multiple fraud areas
