You will develop and implement data-driven risk management strategies, partner with Product, Growth, Data Science and Engineering, and drive continuous optimization of risk controls to minimize fraud impact while preserving user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Risk Management policies and strategies, preferably in Crypto, Fintech, or Payments.
• Deep understanding of fraud risk management and strategy across multiple fraud areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fraud risk through the customer lifecycle to provide timely detection of emerging risk patterns
• Own risk controls from end-to-end with a focus on continuous risk strategy optimization
• Work with Product, Growth, Data Science and Engineering to drive risk management strategies for different geographies
• Use data to assess risk and make decisions impacting large segments of customers with quantitative analysis
• Develop and implement risk monitoring and feedback loop framework for risk decision optimization
• Manage your strategy dashboard by tracking all strategies data metrics
