Job summary

Anglo-Eastern Ship Management is seeking an accounting professional to manage the full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bills, and OPEX reporting, while overseeing a portfolio of at least eight vessels.

You will generate financial reports, respond to owners’ queries, and prepare working fund requests to cover deficits or surpluses. A degree or diploma in accounting/business and at least one year of full-set accounts experience are required, with MS Office proficiency.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with full set of accounts and vessel accounting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bill, OPEX reporting and related accounting matters.
• Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission in accordance with owners’ requirements.
• Respond to vessel owners’ queries and follow up on accounting matters where required.
• Prepare working fund requests and perform calculations for deficit/surplus working fund.
• Complete vessel accounts in compliance with owners’ requirements and within the required timeline.
• Independently manage a portfolio of at least eight vessels.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
