Job description
    This position will be responsible for direct sales and customer satisfaction within the designated territory in India, as well as managing and growing the business in the given territory. You will have the opportunity to achieve sales, marketing, and financial objectives for relevant products, ensuring sales of products within approved price ranges. Additionally, you will advise on maintaining inventory levels to meet both Company and customer expectations, develop new initiatives to grow sales and profit lines, and promote maximum usage of Bio-Rad products at customer sites.Your responsibilities will include coordinating between customers and other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction, calling on current and prospective customers regularly, and reporting promptly to the Sales Manager in case of any issues with customer satisfaction. It is expected that 75% of your time will be spent in the field, identifying and developing key stakeholders in High Potential Institutes for collaboration and business development.Furthermore, you will manage Channel Partners for sourcing, augmenting, and delivering the organization's offerings, maintain excellent market knowledge of major prospects and local competitor activities, and prepare, implement, monitor, and achieve the business plan product portfolio. You will liaise with Capital Specialists, Product Managers/Specialists, and key opinion leaders across the product portfolio, controlling all elements related to the sale of products including pricing, planning, evaluations, demonstrations, installations, and post-sales support.To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in Medical or Biomedical/Biosciences, a Master's or PhD in Science or Marketing/Business qualifications, excellent technical and practical knowledge of technologies used in Clinical Diagnostics, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with proven trade records.
