Job summary

The Wolfpack Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Coordinator to support day-to-day client accounts and campaigns across diverse projects in Singapore. You will coordinate timelines, build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, campaigns and projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and internal workflows.
• Act as the link between clients and internal teams including creative, content, partnerships and operations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, meeting notes and reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support sponsorship activations, brand campaigns and event-related projects where required.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Ensure excellent client experience across all touchpoints.
