We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media sales, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising landscape. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and delivering innovative advertising solutions that exceed client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Campaign Management

• Deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight the value of OOH advertising.


• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell advertising assets.


• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline progress in the CRM system.


• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management meetings.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree holder in business/Marketing or its equivalent


• Proven experience in media sales, preferably within the OOH advertising industry.


• Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and client needs.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.


• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
