Job Details

• Location: Bedok
• Salary: Up to $4,200 Basic + VB
• Duration: 6 Months (Convertible to perm)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:50pm

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan and foreign exchange (FX) due dates, prepare settlement instructions and ensure timely submission to various banks for execution
• Update daily cash book, consolidate cash requirements and request for funding approval
• Maintain treasury records to support monthly reporting
• Prepare and execute payments for holding company and subsidiaries, facilitate intercompany loans and trade financing transactions
• Reconcile bank statements against accounting and treasury records
• Liaise with banks on various banking matters
• Provide administrative support for treasury functions as and when required

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy
• Experience in treasury operations would have added advantages
