Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive (AR) to manage the Accounts Receivable portfolio in Tuas.

Working hours are Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, Sat 8:30am–1:00pm. Salary range provided: 3200-3700 SGD per month. The role involves following up on invoices, preparing aging reports, reconciling payments and bank statements, processing payroll and CPF, GST submissions, rebates, and liaising with Sales, Purchasing and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling accounts receivable and collections.
• Familiarity with payroll and CPF contributions.
• Ability to prepare aging reports and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio and payment collections
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts
• Prepare and monitor customer aging reports
• Record customer payments and perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare sales and outstanding receivable reports
• Prepare credit notes and process customer refunds
• Process monthly payroll and CPF contributions
• Handle quarterly GST submissions
• Manage customer rebate calculations
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams on account-related matters
• Respond to customer payment and reconciliation enquiries
• Assist with other finance and administrative duties as assigned
