Job summary

Mycom Plus Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Executive in Singapore to manage client accounts and coordinate all accounting tasks. The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts, handling payroll, and compiling financial statements for various clients.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience in accounting, with a degree in accountancy or equivalent, and be fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with local and Chinese clients.

Qualifications

• At least Professional Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience; preferred with experience in full sets of accounts and in an accounting firm.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for client communication.

Account Executive

• Managing clients account and liaise with clients

Skills and Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree / PostGraduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum1 - 2 years of working experience in related field and preferred withexperience in - maintaining full sets of accounts and in an accountingfirm.
• Fluency in English/Mandarinis essential as the role involves directcommunication with our Local/Chinese clients, ensuring effective andaccurate exchange of information
• Knowledge of Xero and/ Quickbook is an added advantage
• Possess good accounting knowledge.
• Possess good time management, planning, and organizing skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively withclients and co-workers.
