Job summary

BIKERS WORLD.SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.

You will handle Accounts Receivable, validate vendor invoices, post payments, process claims, and oversee petty cash, ensuring accurate daily receipts and postings into the system. • Perform bank reconciliation and ensure reconciling items are resolved in timely manner.
• Engage with external auditors to ensure smooth closure of interim audit and year-end audit for the Group
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable and ensure Accurate Processing of Receipt Cycle, recording of Daily Collection into Auto Count
• Handle Customer Accounts & Billing Discrepancies.
• To validate Vendor invoices and posting invoices, process payments, claims and petty cash.
• Prepare quarterly GST submission
• Submit CPF
