Account Management Executive

We are a property management company that do buys, sells, rents and manage local and oversea properties. Aside to property we also offer management consultation to a group of companies that assist in managing their day-to-day operation inclusive of banking and accounting matters.

Job Description
  • Position: Account Management Executive
  • Location: Ubi avenue 3-5 min walking distance from Ubi MRT station
  • Pubic Bus services route to island-wide are available for your convenient
  • Working hours: 5 days / Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm
  • Medical insurance provided T&C applied
  • Leave: 12 - 14 days

Responsibilities
  • Handle company’s Bank Reconciliation.
  • Responsible for monthly closing & maintain data entry of accounting software to assist in annual audit exercise.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper company account records in Accounting System and filing system, and other day to day accounts duties.
  • Perform invoicing functions
  • Assist in preparation of monthly payroll, local expense claim, CPF, IR21, IR8A submission & insurance matters.
  • Liaise with accountant, corporate secretary, government department and etc. in respect of tax, grant and subsidy etc.
  • Maintain proper employee records, on and documentation filing;
  • Update, develop and implement fair HR policies;
  • Assist in company projects;
  • Assist in answering miscellaneous phone calls and walk in guest.
  • Handle intra-company correspondence and other admin ad hoc.
  • Any other ad-hoc accounting / administrative tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements
  • Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or Business Administration related
  • Good spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skill(s):PROFICIENT in computer skills especially Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
  • Careful and attentive to the details of work.
  • An analytical mind, creative with commercial and business awareness
  • Multi-tasking and could solve problem independentlyAble to meet tight deadline & hands on experience
  • Positive and optimistic character, able to adapt to change in the workplace
