Serving as a "for-purpose" social enterprise, they combine human services with business strategies to showcase the competitive edge of hiring individuals with diverse abilities.A significant project within the organization is the Accessibility Partner Program, which matches professional visual interpreters with blind and low-vision individuals. These Inclusive Support Specialists play a crucial role by addressing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and committing to continuous learning.We are in search of a proactive and technically proficient Access Partner (AP) to deliver personalized assistance to a blind Data & Appliance Analyst located in India.The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure streamlined and accessible workflows in a high-paced technical setting. You will assist the client in handling visual and data-centric tasks, interpreting UI layouts, and simplifying intricate dashboards to bridge accessibility disparities in real-time.Support will be extended to a blind Data & Appliance Analyst operating within the Cloud Plus, AI organization. They utilize tools like the JAWS screen reader and VoiceOver for coding, data analysis, and managing technical projects via platforms such as ADO and Azure.It is essential to note that this position is not intended for testing purposes; instead, your role revolves around providing support to the client to enhance their performance. Your objective is to facilitate and empower rather than directly undertake their tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Translate visual content (e.g., images, charts, dashboards) into accessible formats- Create PowerPoint presentations utilizing data and visuals sourced from Excel and other tools- Address inaccessible or unlabeled content (e.g., videos, graphs, screenshots)- Demonstrate a basic understanding of code structure in Visual Studio- Exhibit strong visual interpretation skills to swiftly grasp graphs, dashboards, and layout configurations- Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English- Capable of managing follow-ups, summarizing discussions, and taking notes during meetings- Comfortable with handling urgent requests and frequent task-switching in a fast-paced technical team environmentBonus Skills:- Previous experience collaborating with visually impaired professionals or familiarity with the JAWS screen reader- Knowledge of Power BI and Excel data filteringWorking Conditions:- Ability to work on a computer for up to 8 hours daily, providing remote and in-person assistance to clients with accessibility requirements- Remote position with occasional visits to the office situated in Noida- Working hours from 10 am to 7 pm IST, with occasional late evenings for calls with the USASalary & Benefits:- Initial salary ranging from 2,343,575 to 3,515,364 INR ($26,979 to $40,468)- Annual performance evaluations- Travel and accommodation support- Provision of a laptop and one-time reimbursement for office equipment- Partial reimbursement of phone bills- Allocation for Professional Development Fund to support continued growth and learning opportunities,
