Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant for the JTC Bedok Food City site in Singapore. You will assist in receiving, storing and issuing materials, maintain inventory using the WMS, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Workdays Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm; salary SGD 1,900–2,500 per month plus PB; forklift licence is an advantage; 1 year warehouse experience required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the WMS.
• Pick, pack and label products per order requirements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food products per hygiene standards.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, inspection and storage of goods.
• Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness and safety.
• Support logistics coordination and delivery scheduling.
• Comply with safety, policies and SOPs.
